Myob Practice web browser

I've been unable to log into a clients database from the MYOB practice or open in web browser from Accountright Plus 2022.  This is what comes up:-

Something went wrong

Try refreshing your browser
If the issue persists, contact MYOB support

Your email address

Client's product serial number or client ID 

Can the client open the file from their login ?
