No access to client's file - setup as Advisor

No access to client's file - setup as Advisor

Our director has set me up as an advisor, and yet I cannot get access to the client's MYOB file.  

Under Transaction processing it states 'You don't have aceess to this client's file".  On Fri 10/2/2023 I called MYOB, they could see my email as being linked to this client but I still didn't have access.  On Tues 14/02/2023 miracioulsy I did have access to the client's file.  But when I tried to get into the client's file on Fri 17/02/2023 & again today, I am still getting the 'You don't have acess to this client's file" in MYOB Practice.  My director tried to re-invite me but gets a notice stating I'm already registered.  Can someone assist this this problem, I need  access to this client file urgently to prepare the BAS that is due in the next 2 days.
