Portal - Adding a Contributor to a Completed Task

We are using MYOB AO (NZ) and recently started using the client portal for clients to sign financial statements.

We uploaded the financial statements and minutes to the portal for our client to digitally sign, which they have.  But they have now given us the email address for the independent trustee to also be able to sign the documents.  I have added them as a contributor but how do I now add them to the task to be able to sign the documents digitally?

Thanks

Re: Portal - Adding a Contributor to a Completed Task

Thank you for your query.

Anyone who is required to sign a document needs to be added as a Full Access User rather than a Contributor.

Re: Portal - Adding a Contributor to a Completed Task

Thanks Liz,

What about adding them to a task after the task has already been completed (e.g. the accounts have been signed already by the other Trustees and now a third Trustee needs to sign)?  Can that be done?

Re: Portal - Adding a Contributor to a Completed Task

You are welcome.

No, a task that has been created can't be edited. I suggest you delete that task and upload again requesting for signature from both parties.

Liz.
