Set a time limit for access for a contributor

Hi all,


It would be very handy to be able to add a time restriction for how long a contributor has access to a document for. One of the concerns with giving access to a contributor is that you can have a situation where the person leaves the job they are in, and moves on but still has access to the clients documents through their MYOB login. It is onerous and unrealistic to have to try and remember to come back and check whether the people who have access to documents should still have access to them.

It would be far easier if we could set a time limit for access for a week, a month, etc, and then after that access is automatically revoked. IF they need access again, they can ask.

How can we get this feature added to the requested features list?
