Viewing email content once sent - Essentials

Hi,

 

Does anyone know if there is a way of viewing the email content sent directly from MYOB. Sometimes when I email invoices direct from Myob I include extra information in the body of the email. I was just hoping to find out if there is a way to go back and view those emails.

Hi @Tracy-SA 

 

I'm afraid that there isn't the option to view the email content that was sent, unless you have chosen to email yourself a copy at the time of sending. If there was no changes made to the invoice since it was sent, then you can click into the invoice within Essentials now and view the notes entered, which would be what was emailed out.
