Workflow management software integration

We need to implement some workflow management software and looking at Workflow Max.

Here: https://support.workflowmax.com/Content/Workflowmax/Exporting_an_Invoice_to_Another_Application.htm it has instructions for a manual way of integrating it with MYOB Essentials.

How well does it work like this and is there a better way to integrate it with Essentials or is it too difficult and best to just keep them as separate systems and manually enter data across both applications?

Any suggestions for a comparable alternative that can fully integrate with MYOB? Is there such a product?

As this is a third-party software, I can't say how it works with or is integrated with MYOB, you will need to speak to the support for the third-party software.
