account GL code greyed out in bank statement entry

account GL code greyed out in bank statement entry

Hi, I'm in the Launch AO browser through Accountants Office and trying to enter a client bank statements.  For some reason the Account code is greyed out and won't allow me to enter anything.  It's coming up with "oops error" message.

Does anyone know a fix for this please?

Hi Leigh,

 

You need to set the bank account code as a Bank account.

 

To do this, go to the account list and find the bank account code, for example code 600.

Click on the icon to expand the details on the left and click the Bank Account checkbox.
