Employees cannot log in

One of my new employees has been trying to log in to the MYOB Team app and it is constantly saying that "A problem occured attempting to load MYOB Team. Please try again later. 

He has been added correctly through the admin portal and has been listed the required locations. 

It there a way his account to be reset or something I can do from the back end to help fix the issue?

Hi @Pacoor33

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Has the employee selected 'create account' first in that window before attempting to sign in, as an account would need to be created. If he has, can you confirm if you've updated his email address recently in his card file ?

His email was changed in MYOB Team through the admin portal and then his card file before he created the account. 

Would this have created an issue?

At the time of changing his email in his Card File, was he already set up in MYOB Team admin portal and linked to a location ?
