Hi,
We are trying to set up timesheets for our staff. Each time a staff member downloads the app from the app store and opens it, they then go to "create an account" and the app just shuts down and returns to the phone's home screen. This has been tried on 3 iPhones so far with the same problem. Is there a fix for this?

@KirstyW one of our staff member is facing same issue.
Our employee uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no good outcome.

Hi, @KirstyW thanks for posting your concern, a warm welcome to the Community Forum!
In using the MYOB Team Mobile Application, kindly uninstall the application and reinstall it by downloading it on the Appstore.
After that, create a new location and try resending the invites to the employees.
Please let me know if this works on your end.

We are having the same issue and have tried sending multiple invites and testing over several days. When an employee clicks "Create an Account" in the MYOB Team app the app just crashes. This needs an urgent fix please. Thanks Andrew

Hi Cel - there is no error message, the MYOB Team app just closes/crashes as soon as a new user clicks "Create an account". I'm an established user with a login and if I sign out and then click "Create an account" it crashes for me as well. Everytime. I'm amazed this seems to be new information for MYOB? Thanks Andrew

We appreciate your patience on this matter. And thank you or updating us on your experience.
I've check on the updates to our teams and they've advised that they have found that some users experience this error. Upon checking, this is a known issues. This issue has been escalated to our developers. There is currently no time frame for when the fix would be available. But rest assured this looked at as a priority.
