MYOB Team and Job Codes

Does MYOB Team have the ability yet for an employee to allocate a job code(s) when entering their hours?

Hi @tom-mac 

 

Yes, you can, but you will need to turn the preference on first.

 

(Assuming AccountRight, but similiar process for Essentials) Go to the Setup menu and choose Preferences. 
In the System tab, select the I Use Timesheets for [...] and My Week Starts on [...] preference.

To allow all team members using the MYOB Team app to view a list of jobs and record activity slip information as well as payroll information; you will need to choose Time Billing and Payroll in the dropdown list.
