My client has started using MYOB Team recently and one of her employees has a SMSF. When entering his details he received this error
"Superannuation fund not supported
We are unable to support your choice of superannuation fund at the moment. To complete your superannuation details download a superannuation standard choice form via the Australian Tax office (ATO) website, complete section A of the form and provide the completed form to your employer."
My client has never had an issue paying super for this employee to the SMSF and all SMSF details are in AccountRight already. Is this something we can skip or do details definitely need to be entered to be able to use the Team app?

Hi @dgzalex
Thank you for your post. This error message can occur if you don't have Pay Super activated on your file, and attempt to add a Self Managed Super Fund.
If you are not signed up for Pay Super, the workaround would be to sign up, and then you will be able to enter the details.
If you do have Pay Super and still getting the error message, could you reply with the last 4 digits of your Serial Number, and the name / ABN of the fund so I can investigate further?
