MYOB Teams App Unable to be Downloaded

I have an employee who has a 2022 Samsung galaxy, when he tries to download MYOB Teams it states that the app is too old and unable to be downloaded.

Will there be an update soon to fix this?

Thanks for your post. It's great to have you here in the Community forum.

There are lots of factors that could hinder the app from being downloaded from the app store. There are a couple of things we could try to fix the issue, One of which is trying to make sure you are on the latest version of the firmware update for your phone and have the Android security up-to-date.

We could also try to clear Google Playstore cache and data and uninstall Playstore updates, then try to see if it lets you download the app.

Hi,

We have done all this and nothing has helped. We now have 3x employees who are unable to get the app on the google playstore, as it either does not show at all, or states the app is too out dated to be downloaded.
