MYOB Teams Approving Manager

Hi

I am trying to allocate a new employee to an approving manager and the employee is not appearing in the drop down section. The employee has been added to MYOB Teams but I am unable to attach him to an approving manager. I have done this many times in the past and this is the first time it has not worked.
