MYOB Teams app failing

Hi, Attached are examples of 2 erros a number of staff are getting from time to time when trying to access their app and log their times.

They have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and have been set new invitations to join Teams however this has not seemed to rectify the problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your post. In the MYOB Team admin portal, have the employees been assigned to a location ?

Yes they have been assigned a location.  They have managed to use the app and then it stops working and they have to uninstall and reinstall and accept a new invitation to register again.  It has become very frustrating.

Have you updated to the latest version of AccountRight ? if not, can you please confirm which version of AccountRight you're using. This can be found by going to help > About MYOB AccountRight.
