PLEASE NOTE THAT SINCE WE STARTED USING TIMESHEETS IN MYOB LAST YEAR SEPT, WE HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SEE THE EMPLOYEE AS THE VERIFICATION PHOTOS DO NOT WORK
THE LAST COMMUNICATION I RECEIVED WAS THAT THE PROCESS WAS WITH THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM AND THEY WERE WORKING ON AN UPDATE

I already checked your account, just to make sure if this is regarding your subscription and why it is not working.
Fortunately, this is active here on the system. We have to check further the cause of it.
Do you have any error messages when previewing this feature?
Did you try to uninstall and re-install the Application?
