Team time sheet not loading into accountright correctly

My employees timesheets have stopped loading correctly into the [payroll section of accountright software. Everything was working seamlessly prior to this last fortnight.

 

If I login to Team admin I can view the correct time sheets and approve them, but when I try to run payroll the hours are not correct. They haven't transferred into accountright with the correct values.

 

e.g. time sheet in Teams correctly says 6.25 hours for a shift but in the payroll section the timesheet seems to default to 5 hours. So I have to manually enter all the shifts again - which defeats the purpose of having the app in the first place!

 

Any ideas? Anyone had this happen

Hi @Soro 

 

We are aware of an issue where the hours submitted and approved in MYOB Teams aren't flowing through to AccountRight correctly. This is being investigated by our developers and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

 

I understand it's not ideal but, in the meantime, you will need to manually update those hours.

I am having the exact same issue so it is comforting to know that it isn't just me!

 

Very frustrating and time consuming so hopefully a solution is found shortly.

We made the decision to trial MYOB Team but are completely regretting it. 
Payroll used to take approx and hour and a half to run for close to 50 employees, however today has taken 4 hours and still not complete. 
There are so many errors in the data which transfers across and searching these forums for an hour instead of having a normal helpdesk, is tiresome, unproductive and a cost burden.
We seem to have to double enter everything because figures dont transfer correctly. Overtime doesn't calculate automatically depsite having set that we havea  standard 38 hour week, so more manual adjustments. And shall I add the nightmare of leave, as there is no where to include sick leave or annual leave. There is no ability to reverse an approval if the wrong person was accidentally selected. 
This is such a painful waste of time that it was actually more cost effective to simply run a separate clock system and manually enter total hours. 
IF these issues aren't sorted by next week and we spend another 3+ hours, then we will return to our previous separate system as this is way too unproffesional and impossible to track staff shifts properly when the hours don't even transfer across correctly.
