Account Right V19.15 Plus Initialisation Error

Hi I have an older file as per above that we have always used, but now it is saying it has an initilisation error when trying to open the file. I can't upgrade the file without the serial number, and I can't find the serial number without opening the product - any suggestions? My IT guys have had a look also with no result.

Hi @JacintaK 

 

See my post here - this solved problem for that user. The issue is not with your company file, so getting the serial number won't help. By all accounts there is a new issue caused by a recent windows update. Solution is relatively simple but requires specific steps best performed by an IT person with good MYOB understanding.

I would like to check your file here on our system. 
To further assist you, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial Number
  • First and Last Name
  • Company Name

 

Kindly attach a screenshot of the error message.
