Aistralian Contact??

Hi, 

Does anyone have any idea how to get an Australian or New Zealand support person when calling MYOB. 

Trying to confirm a company file but we have two products with one serial code so its a little more complicated. Was told to ask for a Tier 2 consultant when calling which I did multiple times but they dont listen. 

1.5 hours, 3 separate phone calls and its so frustrating going through the garbage everytime confirmation comes up.
