Balance Sheet issue

My Balance sheet is not showing a account with opening balance and it's is active account. When I run a GL details, it is showing opening/ending balance. 

We are finishing our financial year and this a kind of problem I can't have

Here is the file with the balance sheet screen-printer.  Debits and credits are not matching in any period. My previous financial year retaining account (3-800) is inaccurate.

Thank you for your post. 

I suggest that you also try running a General Ledger report on Cash basis to check. You can also try to export it in PDF and check if the opening balances will show. If there is still no Opening Balance, you can send me a private message with the following so I can check further: 

• Serial Number
• Account Name (Company Name)
• Your full name and email address
• Copy of Balance Sheet and GL report
