COVID-19: Impact on Phone and Live Chat Support

Hi everyone, 

 

The South African government has recently announced that the country will go into lockdown. 

 

Our call centre partner in South Africa has not been given Essential Service classification and our teams there are unable to work from home due to various restrictions.   

 

Unfortunately, this will result in a significant reduction in our phone and Live Chat support teams. 

 

We request your patience during this time as our ANZ based teams work through the increased demands.  

 

We continue to offer range of support services including 24 hour online support through our forum and online help articles.

Hi everyone,

 

Our call centre partner in South Africa, has been given an Essentials Service exception, for our campaign.

 

There will be some restrictions on the team's working hours and some team members will need to remain in isolation. So, while we expect to have better phone and Live Chat coverage soon, we won't be back to full capacity during this period.

 

As previously mentioned, please continue to use our range of support services, like this forum and online help articles. And don't forget to check out our online courses on MYOB Academy, which are now available for free!

A quick update on this. It's, unfortunately, taking longer than we had anticipated, for our partners in South Africa to get the formal written approvals and permits for their teams.
