Thanks for reaching out. 

 

My understanding is you want to confirm your company file. If your MYOB software is from an older version that asks for a confirmation code open this link to generate your confirmation code. If the link fails or the confirmation window is asking for a license file, please send me a private message containing your:

  • Serial number 
  • Full name and email address 
  • Company name 
  • Software version and Company file ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
