How to cancel the software?

Hello @mimima 

Having a look at your type of subscription, if you log into your MY Account choose Manage my product and from there you will be able to Request cancellation. 

You will also be able to access your My Account by logging into your subscription clicking on your business name and selecting the My Account option from the drop-down menu.
