I can’t confirm my company file

Can you please help me? I have Business Basics, recently I've had to phone to confirm my company file. Today the phone message says I can no longer do that. So how am I supposed to use the program?

other posts have a response to private message my details. Where do I do that?

To further assist you with this, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • Serial number
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name
  • Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • Company File Code
  • Product version (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
