Over the past few weeks we have been reviewing our support channels to ensure that we are providing the best possible support to our customers. This is a part of an ongoing improvement plan, which so far has shown some fantastic results.
As a part of this we've made slight changes to the way we offer Live Chat. You can now access Live Chat support from our Contact Us page as indicated in the image below.
I'm glad to say that from the 1st of August 2015 we will go back to having a dedicated support team helping customers via Live Chat during our Support hours.
Until this time, you may find that Live Chat is unavailable from time to time. This is so that we are able to focus all of our support resources on answering phone calls and ensure that our customers are able to reach us with minimal wait times. This has especially been the case during the busy end of year period.
That said, we encourage everyone to continue using our Help pages and this Forum for queries relating to MYOB software and services.
