I have tried the upgrade several times and keep getting a Huxley error. On contacting MYOB they advise that there is a known issue with the recent upgrade and they are working on it.
My question is basically why do you not test the program before releasing it? As usual, pretty poor performance by MYOB.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. Can I please confirm if you're attempting to download the PC version or the Server edition ? Also, are you attempting to download the update via MY.myob ?

Thanks for the screenshots. Can you please close down the program > Right click AccountRight and select run as administrator, once you've done this can you please attempt to install the update.

Yes that worked and I thank you. Perhaps tell your call centre in India because they told me a hole pile of Polly Waffle about them not having the information and the program wasn't working.
Pretty poor service from them, but that's what happens when you offload jobs overseas.

I keep getting an error which says update microsoft but done all updates and still not working!!

Could you please provide the full wording of the error or a screenshot if possible? Additionally, what version of Microsoft are you using at the moment?

Please see screen shots below. The upgrade is still not working, I had no issues with installing previous updates and my software is all up to date. I tried the microsoft program as instructed but this did nothing.
