Our team is currently investigating an issue with some access to and certain functionality within our products being unavailable.

We have identified the issue and are working on resolving it as a matter of urgency.

Hi Everyone


This issue is now resolved. We have been advised that there was an external outage to DNS (internet addressing) which had caused the impact to our services.

We will continue to monitor.
