MYOB SUBSCRITION CANCELLATION

I have now attempted to cancel MYOB subscription for 4 months in a row, each time talking to a person on the phone with their appropriate department taking up to 1-2 hours at each call. I had been assured each time the account had been cancelled. Yet each month i continue to keep receiving invoices asking for monthly subscription. i am now beyond angry with MYOB. They are completely useless. I am taking this matter with Department of Fair Trading as it is obvious this is happening to not just me but others in the community.

 

Xero if a far superior and user friendly software.

Hi i am still receiving emails from myob asking for payment. I now consider this to be harrassment. Can you pls ask myob to stop sending these emails as i have already sent you a notification from myob confirming cancellation of the account. This is embarrassing. I can confirm that both serial numbers have been cancelled and this email can be ignored. I've also responded to your private message with further information.
