MYOB Subscription

The Chairperson of our NFP organisation wrote to you about our Subscription being incorrect.

 

To date, no one has replied to his email or called him back.

 

We are being overcharged and would like to solve this issue urgently.

Hi Tracey,

Thank you for your response.

We still haven't heard from anyone and this is not reflecting well on MYOB.

I will wait until Friday 9th September.  After this, you will leave us no choice but to contact the ACCC.

Especially since our Chair wrote to you on 11th August 22.

I've been advised by the agent handling your case that they tried contacting your chair person but were not able to reach him. They have now been in contact and a resolution has been reached.
