Myob Server Edition v. 19.11

Hello,

We have Myob Account Right Plus v. 19.11 and would like to set up the server edition of version 19.11 or something similar that will let us use our database on it.

What would be the proceedure to have this working.

Can we download that version from the Myob website and then install it on our PC and load our current database .

Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

To use a server edition of AccountRight Plus v19. kindly download the server edition through MYOB Software Downloads. Once downloaded, kindly create a backup of your company file then have it restored onto your newly downloaded AccountRight Plus v19.

Hi Doreen

We have downloaded and installed Account Right Plus Server Edition 2013.5 and then converted our .myob file to a .myox file and all was going well but when it came to verifying this newly converted file it failed and we then spent many hours on the phonw with MYOB tech support only to be asked to wait for another tech support person in another section to help us. All three support people were very nice but were still unable to send us the license file we need that would activate / verifiy the .myox file so we can start to use the Account Right Plus Server Edition 2013.5.

Please help us, if you know of a way to do this please let me know soon.

Since a license file needs to be sent so you can activate/ verify the file, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

• Serial number
• Name of primary contact and email address
• Business name
• Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
• Software version (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
