Hi,
can one of the new moderators please reach via private message please. I have tried since February to have this issue resolved, and have since sent sent & received 20+ messages and emails both here and on emails with the customer service team. My questions have not been answered and I am no closer to having the file transferred - even though they managed to transfer the billing to us. I have sent private messages to moderators, only to realise tonight that they are no longer with the team. Yet MYOB cannot manage to send any kind of auto reply to my messages to notifiy me. Thank you.
