billing Extra Charge

My credit Card was stolen over the weekend(along with the rest of my wallet). MYOB has since this time tried to put through a direct debit for the monthly fee before I have received my new card. Since the transaction failed I will now be charged an extra $10!

 

Just wondering how I can get this waivered (have since added my wifes card to the account till I get my new card). I was on hold for about 1hr on the phone and the person online assured me I would not be charged the fee but the email I was sent clearly stated Please Note: A credit card decline administration fee of $10 will be added to your next invoice.

 

Given my circumstances how do I get this waivered without having to be on hold for another 1 hr on the phone?
