billing history and payment details

I am now using the new version of MYOB essential payroll for one of my two business. But I am unable to view the billing history and payment details. There is no <Billing> button in the My Account page. Also unable to view the primary contact details. It seems something goes wrong after the old Essential Payroll has been upgraded

I am still using the old Essential Payroll (not yet upgraded) for my second business. This one seems normal as I can view billing history, payment details and also primary contact details.

Does anyone who runs multiple business have similar problems?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

So that I can check this out for you, could you please send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Serial number
  • Business name 
  • Your name + Email (used to access file)
