error 12029

I can not login to my MYOB and it is not allowing me to confirm the file online saying that i dont have an internet connection

 

I need  support to help me confirm my product

Thank you so much for your post. We do have a help article that will help you confirm/activate your Company FIle online: Confirm/Activate your File Online 

If you have issue feel free to send me a private message with your Serial number and Company File Code.
