having trouble with the error code 12029

I cant seem to get my files confirmed and i get the 12029 error code. I have checked all my computer settings and all is well . Could some one help with the confirmation please

after searching this forum I found the fix which i can do myself. MYOB have a do it yourself confirmation page.
