just invoices

I have myob justinvoices. When I try to open it I get a message saying " there is a problem with your setup. " and to reinstall.

I did this the other day and after the 2nd atempt it worked. however today i have the same problem. and i go through the process of deleating and re installing but i keep getting the same problem. 

What am I doinf wrong?

how can I fix this

We do not offer support for Just Invoices as this is one of our older products. Please check this post regarding re-installation for JustInvoices as troubleshooting.
