unable to login to my.myob as administrator

Hi, I am on the company file listed as an online administrator however am trying to log in to my.myob to set up a bank feed and it is saying:

 

"The login details provided do not have access to my.MYOB; please try again or call our MYOB Customer Service Team."

 

Can someone please assist me with getting this resolved as I need to create a bank feed urgently.
