have purchased and installed 2019.1 sofware yesterday, but we get an error message now when we are trying to upgrade the 2016.2 data file. it says that an error occurred and that we need to contact myob support. but when we are trying to contact myob support we are now for 1 hour on hold. Cmon myob people, thats pretty pool level of customer service. anyone can assist with upgrade, I was following the instructions given online.
