Account Right Premier

I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and since then MYOB Premier does not let me email anything and it does not carry forward any forms either

Hello @RNI 

 

Are you able to please describe the situation with the emailing, what buttons are you pressing and what is happening? Are you getting any error messages popping up?

It's possible that you were emailing through Outlook, and after upgrading this has caused some issues, I would recommend following this  Help Article attached on setting up AccountRight to send emails and seeing if you are still unable to send them out.
