Hi Melisa
We currently have 7 cloud files that are used under the AccountRight Premier Plan.
Only 3 of these files use payroll. (1 company has 1 employee, 1 company has 5, and 1 company currently has 6)
1 company uses Catergories for comparing against workshop software for vehicles.
In the reading of many notes, is my understanding correct that as we operate in AccountRight Premier that the transfer of data files to Accountright Plus we still continue to work normally on our files in the cloud.
But if we transfer to Business Lite/Pro then information has to be reentered once file has been sent to you?
Plus the ATO has to be readvised re STP that using a different MYOB software package?

Yes, you are correct if you’re downgrading from Premier to plus then no additional changes required and can continue to work online.
Note: The file which uses categories feature turned when migrated to MYOB Business/Pro, the category information won't be migrated.
If you are choosing MYOB Business/Pro data will be migrated but you need action the following steps
