While trying to set up an adviser, I have since lost all my access to features and can only access the "card" feature. Can anyone tell me what happened and how to fix it ?
Being an Adviser doesn't necessarily grant you the Administrator user role. If that is required you would need to get the administrator to the company file to log in and go to Setup>>User Access>>Select the relevant user ID (left-hand side) and ticking the appropriate user role (i.e. Administrator) on the right-hand side.
