BACKUP STUCK

Hi I need help from a MYOB Moderator to re activate our MYOB programmre as its stuck on BACKUP and we cannot access our file?

Hi There, we are having the same problem with our myob, the backup is stuck and we cannot access our file. Can you arrange for our files to be re set back to active as I'm having no luck getting through to MYOB phone line. If this happens again during backup, what is the solution?

 

Do you need my email account for MYOB details to access our programe?
