Bank Feed is not updating - Bank of Quuensland.

NAB is okay but bank feeds for Bank of Queensland are not updating.
Please advise on what to do.

Looking at your bank feeds (at the time of posting), we do have transactions awaiting for collection. This does include 10 transactions for your Bank of Queensland.
To access those transactions do go to Banking>>Bank transactions>>Get Bank Transactions.

Based on what I can see for your Bank of Queensland bank feed, the last transaction that we have received from the bank was back on 30 April.
If you are expecting a transaction to come through via bank feeds I would recommend checking your internet banking/bank statement to ensure that the transaction has been recorded at the Bank's end. If the transaction(s) are showing on your internet banking/bank statement then we would need a copy of that internet banking (screenshot) or a copy of the bank statement - can be sent through as an image on a private message on this Forum to myself. We can then lodge a ticket with our team to look into your feeds and, if necessary, converse with your bank to see why those transactions are not coming through.
I understand that our team have reviewed your account and have pulled those bank feed transactions through for you. From the looks of your account, you have successfully been able to receive those transactions into your company file.
