Hi ,
I just changed from Accounts Right to Business Pro and
I struggle to work with Business Pro as this is unfamiluar territory
however no support offered
MYOB over phone representative seems unaware how to work around Business Pro themselves
MYOB academy not much help either
please suggest where to look for help

Yes, huge difference between the 2. Suggest you spend some time in the Support Section here.
Unfortunately MYOB's pricing policy has forced many to the cut price version. Don't expect these online only versions (MYOB Business, MYOB Business Pro etc) to be the same as AR. It's like learning a new program from scratch, very little is the same. Not only are there less features, many processes are quite different too.

As for your request if you want to remove the serial number from your account. We have a process on that. You can check on this Help Article: Serial Number change or removal this contains process and more information on how you can request for a serial number removal.
I'm hoping this problem can be rectified.
