Business has been sold and now I cannot get into the Verification email address as I am working from home to finish EOFY

Our business has been sold and I am now working from home so I cannot get into the Verification email so I can finish off the EOFY or get into file to get into Payroll reports at ATO.

Thank you for your post. 

 

Have you also sold the software license for this company file too? If so, you would need to speak to the new file owner to either grant you access or for them finalise EOFY.
