Call waiting times

Current on hold for over an hr and still waiting. I have tried calling twice in the last 2 weeks. I am on hold for over am hr I get through to someone who can’t help me with my problem and they put me through to next level suppprt where I am told waiting times up to 2 hrs... so again after hrs on hold I hang up. I feel like MYOB has turned into Telstra. Super frustrating
