Can't Logon to my.MYOB

Hi there,

 

I am unable to login to my.MYOB - could you please help me with this?

 

I have attached the error message I received.

Hi @RachNCC 


Typically, you encounter this message when you have a my.MYOB account but it is not associated with an account. As such, when you attempt to log in there is nothing to log into hence the message.

In saying that, I made a change to your account which should correct that situation for you and allow you to log in as intended.
