Date format

I recently upgraded to the latest Account Right and the date format is US format.  I have been unable to change the format as it is saying it is a Windows issue.  I checked our Windows set up which is clearly stating Australian Eastern Standard time.  I have just issed 25 invoices with 1/4/2019 which should read 4/1/2019 so cannot send them out until the problem is fixed.

Appreciate your help

Re: Date format

Hi @robsides

AccountRight uses the Date formatting from the System as it does not have it's own settings to grab this from.

If the month format is: MM/DD/YYYY, then despite what Timezone you're in this won't affect it.

If you open your Region Settings, can you confirm:

  • What your Long Date and Short Dates are set to?
  • What Region is specified?
  • Under the Administration tab, which Locale is chosen?

This can help us identify what needs to change.

Cheers,

Hayden
