Double up after signing up to Account Right Live Plus with our accountants

Some months ago, our business moved from AccountRight Premier to ARLivePlus, which is hosted by our accountants.  They told us that once we had registered with them, our ARPremier invoices would cease, as MYOB would note the change. Well, they haven't. We are still being charged $121/month for a subscription that we have not used in ages. What do we do to rectify this expensive error?

Hi @Ray-163529

 

Typically if there is going to be licence changes we would need to be notified as it is not automatic.

 

To look into this, I'll need to find that account and cease the charges. Could you send me a Private Message with your MYOB Account Details (Such as Business Name, any Invoice#'s received, email associated with the account, etc)
