I have sent an invitation to an existing user to access the online file but when they accept and enter their email address & password they get a message saying there was no match for the email & password.

Please send us the user's email address and your product serial number by Private Message, and we'll check if the invitation has been accepted correctly from their end ?
Update: Invites resent and users able to login. ^KS
