Error Message when exporting data from one system and Import to MYOB: 401 Unauthorized: "{ "Message": "Access denied" - what does it mean?

Hi, 

Can someone please assist with the below query:

 

Trying to upload data from Credit Card system to MYOB - general function that normally works efficiently. 

However, since yesterday there has been an error message when trying to action this function, and error is below:

401 Unauthorized: "{ "Message": "Access denied"}. Can someone please assist in trying to rectifiy this? 

 

I have been trying to call the Support team for hours today without any answer, so please advice.

Sorry to hear that you have had that experience with contacting our phone-based team.

 

If you're experiencing the error when trying to export from the other system, this is something that you would need to check with the provider, as it is a third-party software integration.

 

I do hope they are able to assist you with finding a resolution.
